This Weekend, Charles Sharp Goes Electric!

First Joseph Childress plugged in, and now Charles Sharp will be treating us to a delightfully glitchy electronics-backed set at an appropriately dive-y Long Beach watering hole. Head over if you live in the greater LA area and appreciate some blazing saxophone! Stay tuned for a special related 12″ vinyl announcement…

Tomorrow… Joseph Childress Goes Electric!

Joseph Childress is debuting his electric band tomorrow evening at Amnesia in San Francisco… it is going to be loud and early (5:30 PM). Come out!

If you cannot make it tomorrow, then you can catch Joseph and Band at Cafe Du Nord on April 2nd for a great evening presented by Communion.

If you are wondering what it will sound like… this might give you a hint of what’s in store:
