Live Videos of The Sandwitches & Pillars and Tongues

A couple weeks before SxSW, The Sandwitches played a show at the Shattuck Down Low in Berkeley where they performed an exclusive acoustic set in the venue’s bathroom for Echolocale. The result is an intimate and beautiful video document featuring selections from Mrs. Jones’ Cookies and Duck, Duck, Goose!. Check out The Sandwitches performing “Summer of Love” below and visit Echolocale for videos of two more radical tunes:

Meanwhile, Pillars and Tongues stopped by The Cake Shop with Dark Dark Dark after appearing at Iowa’s Mission Creek Festival to perform an entrancing set with a fully realized arrangement of the band (including Jonathan Kaiser of Dark Dark Dark). Watch below an unreleased track, “The Palms to Tell”, off of their forthcoming album The Pass and Crossings on Empty Cellar.
